This page is an obligatory part of the Terms of Service for Server Management Clients and all extended policies posted here should be agreed and accepted prior to signing up with our service.
Poralix reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel service. Violation of any of Poralix's Rules and Regulations could result in a warning, suspension, or possible account termination. Accounts may be terminated for any or no reason at all without any prior notice to the customer. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.
Poralix has no tolerance for abusive language and/or abusive behavior towards our company and/or service we provide and/or our employees. Any customer deemed at our sole discretion to be abusive to our company and/or service we provide and/or our employees will result in immediate irrevocable account termination without any refund. Threats to sue, slander, libel, etc., are all considered forms of abuse and will result in immediate irrevocable account termination without any refund.
We have a zero tolerance policy for posting negative feedback on any public location about our company and/or our employees before submitting a ticket to our Feedback department to discuss your issue will result in immediate account termination without any refund.
Full refund
- Full refund shall be made if the service is not performed or established successfully by Poralix as per the contract.
- Full refund can be done if your purchase was done by a mistake, or you changed your mind
A full refund can be requested only within first 24 hours after a purchase.
Partial Refund:
- Customers may cancel services if we are unable to provide a solution within 30 days. A refund shall be prorated for the services not rendered in the same time frame depending upon contract terms.
- Services provided under monthly subscription can be partially refunded only for full unused months only.
A partial refund can be made only to a customer's credit balance at Poralix. It will never be a subject of a withdrawal to a bank card or other payment account. Credits at Poralix can be used for ordering other services from Poralix only.
No Refund:
- Refund is not applicable if there is a delay or failure in completion of the project due to improper communication from the client's end.
- If the project information given by the client is not sufficient or incomplete, Poralix is not liable to follow its refund commitments.
- If a client failed to provide valid login details to a server or another hardware, when it's required for completion of the project.
- Setup Fees and One Time Services are NON-refundable under any circumstance, unless deemed appropriate by the Company.
Services exempted from our refund option:
- Downloadable Products including writing custom scripts, plugins, addons, etc.
- Any kind of Software Installation
- Domain Name
- Email & Hosting
- Secure Certificates (SSL)
Process of Refund (if applicable):
After receiving your refund request, we analyze it and notify you about the approval or rejection of the refund request within 72 business hours. If your refund is approved, we shall process the refund within 7-14 business days. Refund shall be credited back to the same card or payment account on which the purchase was made.
* Processing of refund requires a receipt or proof of purchase.
